Extraordinary General Meeting on August 21, 2021

Due to the corona, this year's general meeting could only take place now.
It was an extraordinary general meeting because two new board positions were available for election.
17 members entitled to vote attended this open air event.
First of all, the meeting remembered the unexpectedly deceased 2nd chairman Martin Focken in a minute's silence.

Subsequently, Sven Huthsfeldt stood for election as 2nd chairman and Mike Kunde as secretary. 
Both were elected to office without a dissenting vote.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and wish you every success in the responsible areas of their office. Sven Huthsfeldt then straightly went to his first official act and honored the 
1st chairman, Karl Heinz Meuser, for his 40-year membership in the Boxer Klub. Then Wolfgang Schulz was awarded for 10 years of membership. Three other members (Dr. Heinrich, as well as Corinna and Marc Schubert) have also been with the club for 10 years, but could not be present to receive the honors personally.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone who has been celebrating their jubilees.
The rest of the meeting went very harmoniously and with very constructive cooperation from all participants.
The 1st chairman thanked everyone for their commitment and loyalty to the club in the past difficult months. 

After the meeting members sat together enjoying grilled food and one or the other fine drink.
